The contest is open to both members of Captina Creek Watershed and the general public. The contest winners will be announced at the 2012 Captina Creek Watershed Rally featuring Jack Hanna located at the:

Entries are required to be submitted using the entry form found at captina creek forms on the main blog page, or can be picked up at 101 N. Market St. St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950.
Deadline for photos is April 6, 2012
